CONDITIONS FOR HIRE

  1. Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements i.e. you can have your wedding cars as a convoy of similar cars, as many as you want, contact us for details
  2. All wedding cars are generally supplied for a minimum of 2HOURS,
  3. Overtime/waiting time is charged at applicable rate of the car hired
  4. All wedding bookings to be finalized ONE WEEK prior to wedding day
  5. Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident the next best vehicle will be used
  6. Please note that all LIMOUSINE (Chrysler, Hummer) bookings are subject to the vehicle being able to have access to the itinerary provided to us .In the case where the vehicle is unable to access roads to a particular venue/location, the driver will pull up as close as possible at his discretion to ensure the clients safety and other vehicles safety
  7. Personal property is not covered by any insurance
  8. The driver should ensure that all doors are locked when leaving the car unattended
  9. All vehicles are non-smoking.
  10. Intoxicated passengers will not be allowed on board

 

CANCELLATIONS

A deposit per booking will be incurred required for any car booking. Bookings cancelled within 3 months prior to the wedding will be refunded but any bookings cancelled in 2months or less will receive no refund of deposit
